SHOWCASE OF NEW HOMES

We are proud to be a member of the "Brown County Home Builder's Association". Being a member has many great advantages, including the opportunity to build a home, custom or spec, to open to the public. This opportunity happens twice a year, once in early March and again in the middle of September. Custom Kreations, Inc. has been participating in this event since 2001.

Fall of 2007 brings us to Havenwood Hills Subdivision in Suamico. This executive house is a 2 - story with a walk-out lower level. On the main level you will find a very private, deluxe Master Suite, Large Mud/Laundry Room, and Formal Dining Room. As you walk upstairs, you will admire the open loft. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms a full, split-style bathroom, and a huge bonus room above the 3 stall garage. The lower level isn't going to be completed at this time, but their future plans consist of a 5th bedroom, Family/Rec Room, 1 1/2 baths, Theater and Exercise Rooms. While you are downstairs, you can admire the underground 4th stall garage. Spancrete was used to give them the extra space needed for this extra garage.

Fall of 2006 brought us to Suamico in the "Hawks Nest Subdivision".
This custom built home has 3 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. The large kitchen has an attached breakfast nook with doors that lead to a huge deck overlooking the beautiful wooded yard. As you walk down the steps of the deck, you will come to a cement patio with a hot tub and firepit. You can re-enter the house through the lower level walkout which leads to a Family/Rec room, huge bar area, and a complete Theater Room that will blow you away. Back up stairs, you can do your bookwork in a very large, comfortable office. This home has many extra built in cabinets to put your collectibles and knick knacks. Beautiful Home!!

Fall Showcase 2005 brought us to Suamico We featured a beautiful 3600 sf ranch home with a walk out lower level. This home offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Baths, large Laundry Room and a bumpout Dining Room. Admire the outside of the house as you drive up. The house has a ledgestone arch along with FiberCement siding. Directions: Cty B in Suamico to Pine, take a Right on Sunrise, take a right on Forest Ridge. House is on the right side of the road.

Fall Showcase 2004 brought us two homes in the Parade. The first is located on Quail Ln. in Suamico. This is a gorgeous 2 story home overlooking peaceful Lake Jesse. This 2500 sq ft home is exactly what the home owners were looking for. The large kitchen with dining area has a wet bar area with two small refrigerators with easy access to serve company. The living room is enhanced with a massive 2 story, floor to ceiling, brick fireplace and a custom built entertainment center. The extra large windows make it easy to enjoy the view of the lake.
The master suite has a nice sized bedroom with a lighted trey ceiling overlooking the lake, walk in closet with built in shelves and organizers, and a spacious bathroom. The double vanity, walk in shower, and whirlpool tub are hidden away and very private. As you walk up to the second level, you will be amazed by the view from the open loft area. This loft area also occupies a built in desk and bookshelf cabinet ideal for your computer and office area. Upstairs you will enjoy the two bedrooms with a Jack n Jill bathroom, perfect for kids.

The second is located on Green Valley Rd. in Green Valley. Again, our trademark house was built, but with a few more changes. This awesome house kept the same original floor plan, but changed the garage layout. The 3 stall garage was placed on an angle so you can drive right in from the long twisting driveway. This home is so secluded all you can hear are the birds singing from inside the house. The hardwood floors share the beauty from the outside with the rustic woodgraining. The ceiling in the kitchen was lowered from a cathedral to a nine foot ceiling to give it a different look and this also allowed for a beautiful inset show area that lights up. The beauty of the open concept is still astonishing.The lower level exposed windows will allow ease of future finishing.

Spring Preview 2004 is located at Kenlar Circle in Suamico. This beautiful ranch resembles our first two showcase homes. This has been an extremely popular floor plan for us as it is very open and spacious, yet homey, comfortable, but most important, practical.

This split 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is extremely gorgeous. Imagine yourself walking up a winding driveway outlined with street lamps up to this all brick home nestled away in a corner of the woods. Privacy galore!!! The extras in this house are amazing. There is a six foot saltwater aquarium specially built in between the living room and the laundry/mud room. The corner fireplace and custom built entertainment center are stunning in the living room. As you walk down to the exposed lower level, you will be greeted by another corner fireplace and an elaborate bar area. Don't forget to chalk your pool cue, because there is plenty room for the pool table. A full bath and plenty of storage area finish off this lower level.

Fall Showcase of 2003 is located at 2550 Rymer Rd. in the Bain Brooke Estates in Hobart. This all brick ranch features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The master sutie was the highlight of this home. Its spacious bedroom was enhanced with a Champagne Metallic Paint on all walls and a rag rolled trey ceiling with oak trim and lighting. The suites bathroom boasts an extra large ceramic walk-in shower with glass block and a 2 person whirlpoot tub with matching tile and a glass block window above to let in the daylight, while providing privacy. The divided double vanity is enhanced with fluted columns and recessed lighting. This open concept home also features a sunroom, formal dining room with marbled pillars, a corner fireplace in the living room, and a spiral staircase that leads to the lower level.

Fall Showcase of 2002 is located at 1200 Mojave Trail in Green Bay. This home has the same floor plan as our first home, with some extras. The lower level has several exposed windows for future expansion. Because of this extra exposure, this allows for a beautiful cedar deck expanding off of the sunroom. Another extra was the adding of transom windows. This allows extra daylight on the inside and a more decorative look to the outside of the home. The master suite has a very large walkin closet along with the full bath with whirlpool tub, walkin shower and a privacy room for the toilet. A few added touches of stenciling adorn the laundry room, 1/2 bath and master bath, while the sunroom is rag rolled in greens to resemble the outdoors.

Our first Fall Showcase Home, is located at 2913 Bristol Mtn. Trail in Howard. This sensible home has a split bedroom design and an open concept living room and kitchen/dining room. The bright sunroom located off of the dining area offers a sunken hot tub and many large windows to bring in the daylight. The six foot patio doors open up to a cement patio with beautiful landscaping bordering it. The large kitchen is laid out perfectly to keep watch over the activities in the neighboring rooms. The sink is situated in the center island along with the dishwasher and garbage pullout. The custom cabinetry allows for plentiful storage and working areas. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath ranch also has a finished lower level family room, office, playroom and full bath.
